Great experience staff were super helpful and professional. The doctor that attended to me as well. No complaints from me, only good things to say!

Excellent service from the front desk to Dr Kaur. Great all the way around

My son had ear clogged, and he was little scared to see the doctor but they were so nice that allowed him feel to feel more confident. The procedure to clean up his ear takes 15 minutes. They were very efficient, would reccomend to anyone!

The doctor and medical assistant were very nice although the wait time was 2 hours and I scheduled an appointment. My main issue were the two girls checking in patients. They definitely need to be coached on better customer service and they shouldn't be having loud personal conversations.

I had a SSI appointment that was scheduled for me, my appointment was for 3pm and I got notified from the office to be there at 2:45pm. I arrived at 2:45pm and Check-in was ok, got told that I would be called shortly. After waiting 30 minutes I went to the front desk that I was waiting for 30 minutes and how much longer I needed to wait. The young lady went inside to ask and came back that I had to wait for 1 hour until I get called. I told her that I can’t wait for another 1 hour till someone calls me in and then also the time for someone to examine me. I asked why they wanted me earlier, if I had to wait this long. She told me that they were other patients before me, that had appointments, that they come before me as I had  an SSI appointment. She also said that they have only one tech which has to finish doing x-rays. I answer what’s the reason for having an appointment and making me coming in earlier if they are taking me as a walk in. I asked if I can reschedule the appointment that I can’t wait another 1 and an half to 2 hours to get everything done. She went inside again to ask and told me the same thing that it takes about an hour for me to be called. I said I can’t wait this long, that I have someone outside in the car waiting for me, that is doing me a favor by bringing me here. She  mumbling “ I don’t understand the problem” and I heard that. I answered that the problem is, that someone did me a favor to bring me here for this appointment and it isn’t right that this person has to wait in total off 2 to 2 and half hours on me and if she had someone doing her this favor, that she wouldn’t like to do this to that person. That the person has other things to do than bring me here. I left and the soonest we started driving, I received a call from the office that I will been seen right away and for me to come back. I went back inside and I got called right away. The staff inside was very friendly and caring, nothing to complain about. Only that they should have they story right to apologize, the doctor said they had a glitch in the system, that I was checked in but it didn’t accept me, something like that. If they have friendly and respectful front desk staff and are more organized with time scheduling, yes I would recommend this provider otherwise no.

Staff were great, very attentive and friendly once taken to the back.

I was visiting from out of town and the staff was very friendly and helpful.  The NP answered all of  questions.

Went for asthma and nothing was done but a vital check. And I left the same way I came in. I basically did all of the leg work in figuring everything out and I wasted time and money coming here. I left with a script of an oral steroid that was all. Couldn’t breathe coming in and couldn’t breathe leaving out. Nothing was administered.

The Receptionist At Front Desk Was Very Rude And Feisty. But The Room Nurse Was Very Sweet, Polite, Friendly, And Respectful. The Doctor Had A Good Bedside Manner, But Didn’t Like The Wait Time In The Examination Room. I Rather Go To The Office In Bloomfield.

Was referred to this clinic by a friend. It didn’t disappointed . The staff were very courteous and helpful. Was seeing by the phisician assistant very fast. I’m very pleased with the service they provided
