Scheduled appointment for 11:00 am no problem. Told to come in by 10:45. Did all my paperwork online before I went. There were two people in the waiting room before me. We all sat for sometime. About 3 other people eventually left the treatment rooms.  I was called in at 11:30. I do not think it makes a difference if you have an appointment or not. Seems they just take you in the order you are there.
