I had a great experience during my visit. I came in because of a cough, and from the moment I checked in, everything went smoothly. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. My medical assistant, Haley, was kind, professional, and did an excellent job during the triage process. I have seen Bethany as my provider before, and she was just as wonderful as I remembered. She took the time to listen to my concerns and provided excellent care. I truly appreciate the entire team’s professionalism and would highly recommend this office.

I had been out of state and had some difficult flights. A week after my flight my ear was bugging me. By Sunday my whole face was swollen and I couldn’t hear out of that ear. I looked online and scheduled an appointment with AFC urgent care. They got me in on time with a super easy pre-check-in. The staff was very considerate and took great care of me, while also being aware of my pain. I found out I had a double ear infection and they prescribed me meds, along with some notes of what to look for. Highly recommend!
