Check-in was easy. Haley was friendly and courteous.  Provider Kayla Hartman was very professional and personable.  She did an excellent job evaluating my situation and performing the wound care that I needed.  I would definitely recommend this urgent care provider.

My daughter woke up with a sore throat and low-grade fever, so we decided to have her evaluated before the holiday. We arrived around 11:00 a.m. and immediately began the paperwork, which took less than five minutes. Within 10 minutes, we were called back. The entire check-in process was quick, simple, and efficient. The medical assistant listened carefully to our concerns and performed a throat swab and culture. After the rapid strep test came back negative, the provider appropriately ordered a mono test, which was also negative. My daughter was ultimately diagnosed with a virus, and the provider explained that a respiratory virus had been circulating recently. She also sent the throat culture to the lab to rule out any other possible infection. We were in and out in under 45 minutes—and honestly, I think it was closer to 30 minutes, although I wasn’t watching the clock. The visit was quick enough that we never felt like we were being inconvenienced or kept waiting unnecessarily. Overall, we were very pleased with the staff, the care provided, and the entire experience.
