AFC Urgent Care, Farragut

The wait time was relatively short, the front office experience was pleasant/helpful, the check-in process easy and efficient, and the medical provider and staff were knowledgeable and able to diagnose and write a prescription.

The staff was great  efficient and caring.  Scheduling on line was very simple and easy to do.  Insurance cards and ID simple to upload and send.  I would definitely recommend this clinic for ease and care.  Thank you.

Had an awful migraine. The staff were so kind and considerate. The doctor was so great and helpful. I really appreciated everyone and their care.

Walked in off the street with my son's eye swollen and was taken care of very fast... Took longer at the pharmacy to get the medicine.

Developed bronchitis after having Covid. The staff at AFC is always top notch. Lindsey Brown is a great PA. She listens to your concerns and takes your comments into consideration.

I have had severe pain pain for three days, called for a. Appointment and got one right away . The staff and check in and care was excellent .Would recommend them to anyone .

I left by a 5 star review on Google as well! This was my first time at Urgent Care and all of the staff were super friendly and helpful! I didn’t have to wait long, they get people seen within 10 min or less! The nurses and the Dr. were very thorough and kind! Check in is super easy it’s done on the kiosk which was quick and simple! I definitely will  recommend this Urgent Care to friends and family!

First time using a walk-in clinic. We did not pre-register, but it was easy to check in and do the paperwork in the office. The front office staff were very helpful and accommodating. We saw Katherine in one of the patient rooms and was very pleased with how thorough she was and with what she suggested and reinforced.  Very placed overall with our first time visit.

I’m having sinus issues/ sporadic dizziness issues  & decided to go in at the last minute when I saw the parking lot didn’t look crowded. I got right in after filling out a quick registration on my iPhone. Great doctor! Everyone in the office was friendly & professional 👍🏻
