Should be said the only person who made me feel welcome and comfortable during my whole visit was the woman actually drawing my blood. Genuinely felt like everyone else thought I was tedious. I will not be back.

Honestly love how friendly the staff is and it is very easy to book your own appointments.

Absolutely useless experience. The NP who saw me refused to do bloodwork on me, barely listened to me, and didn’t take me seriously. I came because I’ve been having what I thought might be altitude sickness due to anemia and extreme, heavy irregular bleeding, and she wouldn’t do any labs to see where my anemia was at. All she did was listen to my lungs and tell me I’m fine. I don’t think I’m fine when I’m losing large amounts of blood and feel like fainting, but what do I know? Honestly just a lazy healthcare provider who doesn’t want to think. The front desk staff and intake nurse were very kind and helpful. Would not recommend unless you just need some antibiotics or something.

Love that I can book an appointment and not have to dread the wait! The doc and staff were lovely.

The wait time for this place was obscene, particularly given that it wasn't busy AT ALL. Don't call it "urgent" care when there's nothing urgent about it.

Had to get a TB test last minute. Staff was friendly and efficient wait time was quick and online scheduling made it easy!

Was able to make an appointment online and got in very quickly. Everyone was very nice and helpful

They were great from start to end. The receptionist was so awesome. We had a unique situation, she was helpful and asked the drs and staff the best course of action then they took care of us. Really great place. Will be back.

Left this on Google: Consider going elsewhere. Came here for what I had hoped would be a quick x-ray for an injured finger and after waiting over 2 hours past my scheduled appointment, I still have not been seen. Their app also shows how many people are in front of you that had appointments versus who was a walk-in. For some reason, this particular location opted to not prioritize appointments over walk-ins. Strongly recommend going another route for any urgent care related needs unless you want to just pay for 2 hours of Bob Ross subtitles.
