2 days of sinus congestion, temperature above normal before I went in ( forehead thermometer) PA seemed to be in a hurry; assessment seemed incomplete. Will go to another place next time

I woke up in the morning with an UTI flare  and suffered a lot. I was able to schedule an appointment right away. On my arrival was seen almost immediately.  Just talking to my providers made me calm and feel better. I had all my questions answered and had my meds in 30 min. Thank you

My doctor was lovely, the receptionist as well. But the nurse(?) who checked me in and took my vitals and work up was very rude. She had a thick accent, I could hear her outside my room door while I was waiting for the doctor talking about how I didn’t need to be there. I was bit by a tik and still had a mark, yes I did think it would be nothing but I wanted to make sure I would not be stuck with Lyme disease if I pushed it off forever. Maybe if you’re going to be talking about a patient, move away from the door!

scheduling an appointment was good online,checkin was easy but waiting time was too long inspite of making an appointment online and there was not enough people in the waitin room.triage person took little longer ,it should have been in an expediate manner,since patients are sick. Pa was very efficient and knowledgeable .

Scheduled an appt. for Covid test; was checked in promptly by very welcoming front desk attendant. Saw medical providers within a few minutes who answered my questions and sent me off with diagnosis and Rx. Facility was spotless and seemed well-coordinated. Would definitely use again if I needed urgent care.
