Two nights before my visit, I felt a stye in my eye coming on. The following day, it got worse and was swollen under my eye as well. So I went to see an optician who gave me an antibiotic ointment with steroid in it. The following day, my eye was much worse so I went to the urgent care first thing in the morning. I was quite frightened because I had read that when the stye opens and the bacteria spills out cellulitis forms, and the ointment wasn’t cutting it alone. I needed an antibiotic. The NP saw me quickly and diagnosed me. She made me feel at ease and gave me the antibiotic Augmentin. She eased my fears and stated that if there was any worsening of the eye to please come back in. Thankfully, I am on day 3 1/2 of the ointment with the antibiotic and my eye is definitely improving. This walk-in has become my go to.  I would highly recommend.
