AFC Urgent Care, NW Fresno

Staff and doctor were all very nice! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted, we scheduled online and check in was quick. Very clean too.

Yesterday I gave them a good review today, I'm changing it. I went to go pick up a medication at CVS Pharmacy. The pharmacist is talking to me about how and when to take the liquid medication, I i said it was supposed to be enough for it. He said no that it was medication for inflammatory. The Pharmacists asked me why I was taking the medication , I proceed to tell him that I had Canker sores in my mouth, so the doctor was suppose to give me a mouth rinse. He said, yeah, if I were you, I would call Doctor Office and see what was going on. I took the medication, and as I left, I called the Doctors office and talk informed one of the Medical Asst. of what going on. She asked me a couple of questions than she put me on hold. She came back and asked had I picked up the medication? I told her yes, i've started Bieber, but I didn't want to leave it and he said he changed it, and that was for me, so I just took it, she told me, since I had picked it up that I would have to come back in the office and be seen again. Are you serious? my mouth is sore as hell, my body is aching from my cold, my head hurts and I'm spitting up flem. I proceed to let them know that I life on the westside and that I "I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO YOUR OFFICE, EVER AGAIN, BECAUSE THE DOCTOR WROTE THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION (HE KNOW, AND THEY KNOW WHICH DOCTOR DID THIS DUMB. S***). THAT'S NOT MY FAULT". IM VERY PISSED OFF‼️ I FEEL LIKE I WASTED MY TIME & GAS‼️ I'M RIGHT WHERE I STARTED AT WITH NO MEDICATION. THANKS A LOT FOR NOTHING‼️😤😤😠😠😡😡🤬🤬

Went as a walk-in for a broken toe. I was taken in before others who were there before me so they could get the x-ray process started. After the x-rays, we waited a short while. Because it turned out to be only a bad sprain, no further treatment was needed. The doctor told me what to watch for, and we were released. The MA and doctor were both very nice. I highly recommend this location.

I had an appointment at 3:00, didn’t get seen until almost 5pm! Ridiculous wait times.

I honestly had the best experience with my physician. She was direct and when I had questions, she was able to answer my questions in a way I could understand. She was not just able to treat my symptoms but explained how they started. She was able to walk me through what actions I should take and what I should ask my PCP when I see them, so I don’t have the same issues that led me here. If I can make her my PCP I would in a heartbeat.

Emergency UTI check for my wife with Alzheimer’s.  Always keeping an eye on her mood swings. When it gets bad it’s usually a UTI. This visit was a negative. Thank the staff & doctor for their support. Follow up in 7 days on a cultural visit.

Just got hired with a new company needed an updated TB test. Was looking around for urgent cares where I can quickly get it done. I did find one got in on time got out on time wasn't really too much of a wait time. I would recommend this AFC urgent Care

Great service I really felt welcomed and supported. I look forward to continuing my care there.

The wait time was fast , the medical assistant that did my vitals was nice and caring , the Dr was concerned and gave me the right medication I needed thank you
