I visited a week ago and am extremely appreciative of the care I received from check in to check out. I have used AFC on other occasions and don’t usually leave reviews. However, felt I needed to because I really appreciate the help I received today. As a healthcare administration professional with eight years of experience in the field, I know firsthand how difficult it is to find staff who balance efficiency with exceptional patient care. Lakeisha (I hope I am spelling her name correctly!) is an absolute asset to this clinic. She was extremely professional, timely, prompt, and polite. I called needing a critical prescription renewal after my dog accidentally destroyed my eye drop medication. Lakeisha handled the situation seamlessly, and thanks to her quick action, a new prescription was sent to my pharmacy within hours. I wish I had someone like her on my own team. I am incredibly thankful for her outstanding help and highly recommend this facility!

I’m not sure how a negative review from me was submitted because I never did a review. So now I’m coming here to correct and say that AFC Urgent Care Fuquay was great! They saw me right away, the staff was very friendly, the office was very clean and I left with a thorough explanation of what to do and not to do with my hand and the stitches I received. I am really satisfied with my visit to AFC Urgent Care in Fuquay-Varina, NC! The front staff was friendly and efficient. The nurse was pleasant and attentive. The provider was kind and patient as she listened to my issues and showed concern during the examination  and subsequent assessment. AFC was a gem to find as I am new to the area with an urgent medical need. An even better surprise as a walk-in patient was that the visit took less than 2 hours! I would definitely recommend AFC Urgent Care in Fuquay-Varina, NC!
