I had low energy for several days. It felt just like all the other sinus infection symptoms I had before.  It was on a Friday and I knew I needed help.  The weekend was coming.  So I contacted AFC Urgent Care New Garden.  I was able to schedule an appointment right then.  Everyone was so nice and helped me.  Great and kind!!!  I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care New Garden. Scheduling was so easy, the front desk was extremely helpful in assisting with the check in process. The staff was kind, helpful, and friendly. I had a wonderful experience and will not hesitate to visit again if need be. I cannot say enough great things about my experience and the team!

Walked in clinic and was able to be seen on the same day within a hour I was leaving and already had my prescription called in so I could pick up on my way home. Would definitely recommend their services to other patients. Thank you for your services.

Did online check in..simple Wait time was not long in waiting room. Self pay so had to pay $150 up front. Nurse was wonderful very professional made me feel comfortable. Did Flu test extra $100 Dr came in very nice very concerned. Was sent to the emergency room. So the staff was awesome place was clean but I ended up paying $250 to be sent to the emergency room. Didn't seem to fair 😕.

Issues with rashes or hives or irritation. Missed the Saturday walk in times, but sat in parking lot and fill out the registration for Sunday morning. My wife had gone to you a week ago too. Everyone was kind patient efficient and worked with me. Thanks

2nd time at this clinic, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is why make appointments if they are not going to be honored? I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment, waited in the waiting room for an additional 20-30minutes after appointment time, and then had to wait in the patent room for almost 30 minutes before the doctor got there. I completely understand that there are other patients so there will be a wait time, but I was just frustrated that I had to wait so long when I had made an appointment with the idea it would speed things along.   Overall, I would recommend this location and I will be returning. But would like wait time to be improved, specifically when making appointments.
