Check in staff always pleasant. Had a bad experience with receiving test results. Had a PCR test done last Thursday night. Went there sick with 101 temperature. Flu test negative. They took a PCR test and sent out. As of today no results so I called. Apparently something happened with my test but mean while no one was notified. I’m still sick and if I didn’t call I don’t think anyone would have contacted me. They told me to come in to do a molecular covid test that would take 15 minutes. The nurse that administered the test was not friendly or nice and was nasty giving me the results. The PCR test was more encompassing as it included other tests which I assume there was a reason for. Now I’m left in the dark.

I have come here a few different times and always had the best care. My medical insurance is through MA and my insurance stated Urgent Care is covered. However, not this particular place. It is upsetting that I have to pay out of pocket in order to continue going where I am happy with the service provided. I wish you would change that policy and accept my Tufts Health Plan
