Terrible, waited 2 hours for a physical, in which i was not notified there would be a $55 fee b/c “they dont know about other facilities (didn't bother to research for me) but they charge for physicals… couldn't fill a UNIVERSAL\ standard form for whatever lame excuse… made my daughter miss 2 other appointments. Had a 2pm appointment, wasnt seen untill 3:40 with only 2 other patients besides myself…. Never again. Im also a Solv member which i paid for also…. Never again…

We found this place online and booked an appointment. Even though the appt was for 11:40 and we arrived at 11:26 we got called to the front at 12:10 asking did we register when I did the registration when I booked the appt. I let her know that and showed her the confirmation on my phone. She then acknowledged that they use two different programs and that they didn’t receive it or something like that. Everything else was good.
