Easiest urgent care I have been to in Harrisburg.  Every staff member was terrific.  In and out in 25 minutes.  When you are in pain, every minute counts.

Everyone was kind and helpful. I was seen very quickly and the doctor was very kind.

Rushed to urgent care after work for dental pain. Got there right at 4:30pm and i was seen with in minutes. My problem was with the provider. I started explaining my issue and she cut me off and just said "look. I'm not a dentist. I'm not going to pretend to be. So I'm not even going to look." And she didnt. She didn't look, feel, or see anything. Didn't offer an xray or to come back when the xray tech was in, nothing. She just sent me out the door with antibiotics. If you're a provider at an urgent care, you should have a basic knowledge on all specialties. Would she tell a woman experiencing lower abdominal pain "sorry, im not a gynecologist so I'm not going to analyze what's going on"? She's not a dentist, but neither am I and *I* looked when I got home and *I* with no medical training at all could clearly see the giant abscess clear as day right on the side of my gumline. I don't feel like I or my insurance should have to pay for this visit because *nothing* was done aside from submit a prescription. I will not be returning to this practice. I've gotten poor quality service every single time, which what do I expect from an urgent care? But this was the absolute worst. There is all new staff every single time I'm in there, from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider and I'm just done with this practice. Charge people an arm and a leg for nothing.

Waited over an hour and a half to see doctor after many patients who arrived after me were taken back to see the doctor. Woman at the front desk and the office manager were both abrupt, unfriendly and not interested in helping me.  The check-in process by phone, starting from scratch when I had been there before was very cumbersome. The doctor and nurse who took my bp, temp and pulse were very  good. I probably wouldn’t recommend this provider.

I walked in to ask some information about a chest XRay they were very clear and explicit about what I needed. No surprises when it was time to pay. Friendly staff, good price, and service. I did not wait for long. Glad I found this place

Chechin was was not easy for the first time visiter.

I had a small cut on my finger and i woke up it was swollen, red, and throbbing. I was embarrassed to be seen for what i thought was so minor!  My finger was infected.  The doctor needed to drain the swollen infected area. He was great at explaining what he was going to do.  He numbed the area with a shot so i didnt feel a thing.  He scraped it and i ddnt feel a thing.  His assistant was great at wrapping it and i was set to go. The staff was friendly helpful and made my entire visit a great experience.

Everyone was very kind. I didn’t have to wait long for care.
