AFC is now my go-to if my family needs Urgent Care. It’s efficient and the staff is top notch. Provider is always knowledgeable and so helpful, you know they will help you feel better when you are sick.

Woke up this morning with a very bad cough and shortness of breath. I’m pleased to share that I was able to schedule a same-day visit. Mark, the healthcare practitioner, was very thorough and caring. He gave a very comprehensive exam and prescribed the appropriate treatment to get me in a more comfortable space right away. He also called in the medication’s in a timely way to my pharmacy. One opportunity for improvement is to make sure all the rooms are stocked with adult nebulizer equipment. I was told by the technician that there were none available in the facility, and when I followed up with the office manager, he said that was not the case and that he would take care of it right away. All in all a very positive experience!

I went to an AFC in the Bronx in March.  I was very surprised to hear that my sick visit from that location and all the documents were not able to be viewed. I believe that I did not fully recover from that visit and I had a relapse.  While the medical provider was understanding and competent I feel like Nothing replaces a doctor- your doctor. Also I am taking meds for my high blood pressure and even knowing that information they did not take my blood pressure at the office.  I always thought that was just a standard procedure. I didn’t think I had to request this.  I do have to say that the wait time was excellent.

Staff was so kind to my sick daughter. Everyone made her feel at ease. Went to a different urgent care the day before and she was misdiagnosed. So appreciative for helping my daughter. I would absolutely recommend this urgent care.

Three weeks ago I went to an urgent care in purchaser and they told me that I didn’t have anything I waited three weeks. I was getting worse so we choose AFC urgent care in Hartsdale because they always treat me very good. I told the doctor please help me because I wasn’t feeling good and he did. I’m very happy and I would recommend it to other people.

I had conjunctivitis, slight fever and severe coughing and needed an expert diagnosis.  I was able to make a same day appointment today.  From intake to vitals to  provider care, everything was efficient and professional.  I really appreciate Mark’s clear explanation of his diagnoses and his stepwise treatment plan.  Thank you to the team!
