Excellent. Had tried to see a doctor virtually through my insurance and waited 45 minutes and resulted in not being seen at all. Here, the provider was logged in within minutes of my appointment, was kind and concise, and came up with a treatment plan for all aspects of my sickness. Same day appointment for rapid covid test after finding out I was exposed to covid. Very happy it was covered by Medicare. Not all Urgent Care centers offer that same coverage. Telemed Doc was very nice, friendly, efficient. Wait time in parking lot was 5 minutes max. Nurse who did covid swab was friendly, efficient, professional. A very pleasant experience all around.
