I scheduled online, very easy process. The time I selected was 12:40, I was called back at 12:50-12:55 ish.

The staff was GREAT in every way!!! The doctor was kind and caring and very knowledgeable.

The staff and PA were all phenomenal and took care of my illness promptly!

Ms Zink was very helpful. The wait time wasn't great.

Went for pre employment dot physical and drug test staff was friendly and provided excellent service

They did a great job from check-in to the time I checked out very impressed thank y’all very much.

Wait time was long, even though I had previously scheduled an appointment due to the physician having other engagements. In the rooms, there is dust under the chairs. Also once my appointment was over and it was almost closing time, one of the staff members stated I could wait for my ride but the other staff member stated I would need to leave. I ended up waiting outside because I felt it was extremely rude since I wasn’t feeling well and had to wait on someone to pick me up and I had waited over an hour for my scheduled appointment. I felt this was extremely unconsiderate. Lack of common courtesy!

The cna that took my height and wait was very very nice.  There were 2 young ladies at the front desk. One. Seem to be clueless and the other one was not welcoming at all and when I asked questions it was almost like I was annoying her.    The doctor gave me a script for a glucose monitor told me she added the test strips.and sharps. Get to the pharmacy find out she didn't.  Call the next day spoke to the front desk girl told her what was going on that was @ 10:30 am. She said she would tell the doctor on duty.   3:30pm. Called.  I get omg I forgot  ???  Said the doctor would call me back.  Thank goodness for dr charlotte. She was very kind and nice great listener and apologized. Call the pharmacy and took care of of everything.    Not the best experience.  But Charlotte made it right.   No sure I will come back.   And side note. I did not feel the office was very clean the waiting area at least.    Thank you

Had a DOT physical set up by my company. All of the staff from the check in to the nurse and PA I saw were very professional, courteous and made this very comfortable experience. I highly recommend this urgent care center and provider.
