If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I walked in here feeling sick after work and kindly asked if it was possible for the staff to look up my insurance information as I didn’t have my physical card and the receptionist quite literally laughed in my face. She acted as if I had asked the stupidest question in existence. I told her a simple no would’ve sufficed. She then loudly mentioned that I had a balance from my last visit, which I was more than happy to pay, and that even IF she could find my insurance information online, they couldn’t see me regardless. She then stared at me and shrugged until I walked out. Absolutely terrible way to treat people and I left feeling worse than when I walked in. My advice - don’t work in healthcare unless you have genuine empathy for people, and don’t hire staff that clearly don’t fit this role.
