Was having an allergic  reaction and AFC staff quick service got me taken Care of quickly and efficiently. The NP very knowledgeable and kind.

This was, without question, the worst urgent care experience I’ve ever had. I waited over two hours to be seen. Despite having health insurance, I was encouraged to purchase a membership plan that I didn’t need. I still had to pay my insurance copay. After finally seeing the provider, I was told they didn’t have the equipment necessary to properly evaluate or treat my injury. Their solution was to sell me a walking boot for an additional fee—but they didn’t even have it in my size. I left having spent more than $325 and received no diagnosis, no treatment, and no solution. I walked out in the same condition I walked in, except I was hundreds of dollars poorer. If your facility lacks the equipment and basic supplies needed to treat patients, that should be disclosed before patients spend hours waiting and hundreds of dollars on a visit. Instead, I was charged and then told they couldn’t actually help me. Based on my experience, this urgent care seemed far more focused on collecting fees than providing patient care. I cannot recommend this facility to anyone. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you want timely, effective medical care. Response from the owner: “We’re committed to quality patient care.” My response: Quality patient care starts with having the necessary equipment, the appropriate medical supplies, and being transparent with patients about your capabilities before charging them. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Check in was easy. The lobby and exam room were clean and spacious. The nurse and MD were so nice, eager to help, took time to listen, and provided a thorough exam. I was not rushed. The MD was knowledgeable and I highly recommended this facility for medical care. Keep up super work!

Front desk staff very rude. I have been there several times recently and this time was told they would NOT see me without debit card on file. Did my paperwork online and it was not asked for. Had to BORROW one from my ride so I could be seen. Very rude about it with no empathy. They never greet you with a smile or kindness.

I needed a drug test to be sent to my new employer, this process usually takes less tan 20 min but the staff kept me waiting for 1 entire hour. Also, the receptionist was kinda rude when she was asking for the documentation.
