New to the area and chose AFC based on location and reviews. I was very pleased. Great care, attentiveness and caring staff.  Quick and easy check-in process and no  long wait. Best thing was their prescribed treatment worked. So happy I chose AFC!

The quality of care was top notch. Everything was excellent.

I brought both my teenagers in to be seen , they asked my daughter for identification school id etc my daughter doesn’t have a school id so she stated without that she couldn’t be seen so I said I have Id and was than able to check her in however either of my kids could be found in the Medicaid website system stating they are not covered but they are and I left the office with both my kids not being seen due to having no coverage! I contacted medical health line and they are in the system and certainly are covered! The blonde lady at the desk was rude and very snappy, not a good look on customer care. I won’t be back and surely do not recommend urgent care to any of my friends and family it is perhaps a beautiful center but when you have ugly attitudes it doesn’t matter how clean and nice the place is when you are made to feel like your a nuecense

Another great experience with AFC. Made an appointment online an hour before I needed to be there. No wait time when I arrived. Most of my paperwork was filled out conveniently online so I was in a room within 10 mins of arrival. Both the nurse and doctor were professional and did what they needed in a friendly manner. I was in and out of the appointment within a half hour. The meds required were sent to my pharmacy and ready for me to pick up by the time I walked in the door. Overall a great experience and I recommend it to people all the time.

Staff was super friendly and very helpful! Wait time was short and we got a thorough examine and diagnosis information. I would definitely come back in the future!

The practitioner was dismissive and didn’t fully exam my ear. I went to another place and they diagnosed my ear infection. VERY dissatisfied with this experience when I’ve had other great experiences at this location with another provider.
