Overall I don’t think it was good. She didn’t even know why I had foot pain and assumed her response before knowing information. You could tell by her face when I explained after she told me the problem with no background information. It was obvious she didn’t know what happened. On top of that I took a x Ray with no one asking if I was pregnant. Shouldn’t that be standard? It was a waste of time and money. I truly think I have a stress fracture and was told terrible advice and thrown meds I won’t be picking up.

No wait time . Everything was very easy and clean .  The provider wasn’t very nice and didn’t really offer any really solutions. Didn’t even listen to my chest. Said it’s probably a virus but didn’t offer anything to alleviate my symptoms.

Best urgent care in barker cypress . Wait time is less than 10 mins staff is so good and the urgent care is so clean and neat .

A yearly check up. Overall experience was great. Everything was done online to register.

The attending physician was not intentionally listening. He was making assumptions and not listening to what I was saying. I do not feel like I got a clear understanding of what I could be sick with and the tests for Covid/flu was not sufficient.  Staff was great and attentive.

I was able to schedule 10 mins before an appointment spot and was in and out in 30 mins with all needs met. All the staff was friendly and efficient.

Broke my toe and didn’t realize it.  They took X-rays and explained that I, in fact, I did have a fractured toe and needed treatment.    Very helpful and kind!  Love this place!

I arrived and was seen very quickly. Check in was a little difficult because I entered my insurance in manually, as that was an option, but I was told I needed to upload a picture of the digital card. I tried uploading 3 times with no luck on my end, but the front office staff said it was received. As far as the visit goes I feel like my concerns were not taken seriously. I don’t know that I will return to this location.
