AFC Urgent Care, Eldridge

Set an appointment online. When I had the section for personal information it would only pull up my daughter’s info but would not let me add mine. The staff was nice but seemed rush. The Dr. that saw me for the rash on my back seems indecisive. She looked and assumed it was an abscess but when I asked the possibility of shingles she said “oh yes maybe”. There was no swiping of the area to send for testing. And I was told to just monitor. About 2 minutes after I left she called my back and said they I may be right about shingles and she was going to send a prescription for that as well. That was confusing to me. When I asked if I could use the Bactrim and the anti-viral she had to look it up to confirm. I have been on the medication for two days and haven’t seen any improvement

Doctor did not seem too knowledgeable, no improvement since visit and also there was a needle on the floor.

Cut my finger pretty good early in the morning and was seen within 10 mins. Kind and knowledgeable staff. The doctor evaluated my finger and explained the best course of action. It took a bit to get myself patched up but considering how much I kept bleeding, all was good. Doctor was patient and that made me feel at ease. Place is clean as well so that’s why I come here for an urgent care I need.

Good afternoon. I was supposed to receive a medical prescription from the doctor who saw me at the facility today, but I still haven't received it. Could you please provide me with more information?

Scheduling was easy online. I arrived and was brought back to my exam room within 5 minutes. I was examined by the doctor within 10 and completely finished in 20 minutes with a diagnosis and prescription. Very efficient and helpful!

Excellent care. The checking in process, the nurse and by far one of the best caring provider we encounter for a long time… she was caring  thoughtful and  considered. The provider demonstrated knowledge and experience. Well put care plan as well.

I got in first thing Saturday morning. The doctor did a thorough examination and was very knowledgeable. I was out in a short time and my prescription has been sent to the pharmacy before I left. The doctor was very caring and sensitive. She has a very good bedside manner
