I went through the whole process and had to pay the fee just for the doctor to come in and tell me there’s nothing he can do to help me. It was literally a 30 second interaction. Why was this not told to me before I paid the fee for the visit?

I do not have a PCP and I have new insurance. I have ulcerative colitis and needed a refill on my mesalamine medication. The pharmacy suggested I go to an urgent care facility to get a new prescription.

I went with my son who is autistic and the lady at the reception who registered us was so kind and empathetic, the doctor was also very kind, respectful and helped us. She was very good with my son. Thank you very much! I will recommend this clinic and give them 10 stars if I could ⭐️

Worst experience ever. I had visit before without any issue. But would no be coming back. The staff was very rude, after I waited for almost 2 hours I was sent to triage, and instead of finding empathy from the staff that I have been waiting so long feeling so bad, I got the worst customer service. I was asked to remove my shoes to take my weight and height for which I asked not to since my feet were aching terribly. It was really frustrating to be denied a health service for such a minor ask that represented a lot to my pain, and there was not even a supervisor to explain the situation. The person in triage started to tell me to leave then, which really worsened my pain and with it my attitude. It is unbelievable! I want a refund of my payment si ce no service was provided.

I think the recent requirement to pay the full deductible upfront to access healthcare is quite excessive, especially considering the current economic situation for most individuals. Apart from that, I had a pleasant experience here as usual.

The office is in need of some TLC. I was put in the back room which had half of a light working. It was dark and dingy. The office space needs to be painted and updated.

Woke up with a very painful eye infection and I was able to be check in and depart within 30 minutes of arriving there without an appointment. Very nice facility with exceptional staffing and great patient care.
