Arrived with sore throat, horrible cough. The staff greeted me right away, checked me in, with little wait time. Doc/Nurses were very attentive and carefully listened to my issues. Came back with a follow up and was prescribed medications that helped with my illness. Was in and out, smooth process, and efficient customer service. Would highly recommend!

Scheduling and check in were easy. It was when I was done the problem arose. I paid out of pocket for my services and needed a receipt and was printed a “total copay” receipt with no itemization of any of the services I got. Keep in mind that it was ALL out of pocket so there was nothing submitted to insurance. Then they said they couldn’t help me in real time and gave the the number for the billing center who has still not picked up after a 20 hold
