AFC Urgent Care, Clear Lake

I went today for pre enplyememt drug screen , the whole process went well except that when i was asked to empty my pockets and leave everything in my pockets in the blue box i wasn't allowed to close it or take the blue box key with me which is strange as my wallet was there and anybody could have taken things from it. Please take a look into it

I came in due to runny nose sneezing phlegm and slight cough. They treated me quickly gave me a nebulizer treatment and determined I have a cold. My COVID strep and flu swabs came back as negative. I love how easy it is to get checked out

Walk in patient seen quickly/ complaint of possible flu and bladder infection… flu positive bladder infection ignored no urinalysis test or samples taken…  but meds prescribed for flu. I didn’t push the issue so that falls on me, over all the experience was quick and simple . The staff are all professional and the office is very clean.  Thank you guys!

Great facility with friendly staff. Seen quickly and efficiently administered treatment. The only downside was the copay was the specialist copay where other urgent care facilities have charged only the standard copay.

Was quickly checked in by Kiana to be seen by Kim. I felt heard and cared for by them. I was having a fever of 103 degrees and was a little delirious to say the least. Walked out with no fever and lucid enough to drive home. I really appreciate the attention and care I got from them. Definitely would come back but hoping I don’t have to :)

My experience was Great. I scheduled a specific time and it worked great. The nurse who greeted me was excellent and the nurse practitioner was attentive, listened and accepted my prescription idea. I’d definitely recommend

Super friendly staffed. Made sure it was quick because I had to be back at work soon. I appreciate it so much!!

I went in for a cough that I had for over a week I wanted to be seen for it to make sure it wasn’t pneumonia. The medical assistant was nice, but after she gave me my steroid shot, I immediately felt tingling down my leg and told her that she hit my nerve so I was not happy about this and hope I don’t have any long-term effects. The nurse practitioner Kim,  when she walked in she was on her cell phone then looked up and asked me what my name was so I don’t think who she knew she was walking in  to.  In my opinion unprofessional. Her bedside manner was OK and she gave some prescriptions to help with the cough. I don’t think I will be coming back to the this  Urgent Care.

Stilling money, make you pay before go in, then wait for the nurse to tell you to go an other place!  Same for the two patients before !!  🤬
