Walked in without an appointment. I was having issues with my ears. They did a great job treating my problem. They were very professional and helpful.  I was in and out of the office in about 45 minutes. I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care and will definitely use them again.

I burned my finger, badly, and made an appt online for when they opened. Everyone was nice, but I don't think they realized the severity of the burn. I was offered a shot for pain, but I needed to go to work, so I was really looking for something topical to deaden the pain. The PA used a spray that worked great, although it didn't last long. When I asked if I could get some of that stuff I was told I could buy something over the counter that would work. It did not. It took hours for the burn to stop burning. Every cream or ointment I put on my finger just melted away. After almost 24 hours with my finger in very cold water, the burning finally stopped. I just feel like there has to be something that could have been done to stop the burn, and ease the pain.

Every staff member was very kind , and the check in process was so smooth . The tech was very kind and gave me the most painless shot . Her technique was great and helped with my anxiety . The Provider Mrs. Lene had amazing bedside manner, listened to my concerns , and was very comforting and providing great education . Would definitely recommend 10/10.
