Was seen at my appointment time & had to have an x-ray which came back quickly. Nurse & doctor very cordial and efficient. In & out in no time.

My scheduling appointment was very disappointed. I arrived at 8:47. I checked in my app, and it kept telling me that they were one person in front of me with appointments and one other walking.  People kept coming in and they were seen immediately. I waited and waited from them to call my name and they never did. Finally I went up to the receptionist and asked why all these people were being called in ahead of me when I had an appointment and checked in on my app. She apologize and stated that I had to walk in to her and check in. That really upset me if my app was saying I was checked in. So then I had to wait an hour more before going in. After going in it took another hour before doctor saw me. He had all those people to attend to before me. So I ended up leaving the practice at 11:30. I was so upset! Not upset at staff at all. I was upset at your process when I checked in app it was notify me to wait. This process needs to explained to patients.

Easy to schedule appointment and they originally told me up front it would take 45 minutes but they got me in there quick and it only took about 30. The doctor or nurse practitioner we had today was super friendly and very informative. We will definitely be back.

Scheduling was so easy, front desk was so kind and the Dr was very kind also. So quick professional positive environment great experience!!

Had a problem with rash on face and neck—itching and red!  Everything at the urgent care went smoothly—I mean everything.  Second time here and always pleasant with no issues at all!

Scheduling online was easy with a lot of availability, however they when I got there, they said I would have to wait in the hour room for an hour to see doctor because they had so many other patients. If you allow multiple ppl to have the same appt time, the approx. wait time should be on website. Upon arrival the triage nurse was fantastic (I would giver her all 5-stars, but my experience with the doctor is what’s bringing the score down). I was unimpressed with the doctor that “treated” me. She had no bedside manners and her answers to my questions were unprofessional. She made me feel incompetent. That’s unacceptable as a medical professional who’s supposed to help people for a living. Would recommend the facility, just not that specific provider.

They should’ve told us how long the wait was before taking my copay I would’ve left but no I got stuck in a room for over an hour and it had overflowing garbage and not one time during the over an hour wait did an MA or staff member come to check in and let me know they were going to come in

I have been feeling sick for a couple of days— so l went to AFC to get checked out.  I was seen by Christian/PA and took very good care of me!

It was no help.  I told the provider that I had become dehydrated and he informed me they could not do any blood work with fluids such as saline.  So there was nothing he could do.  I spent a total of 2 minutes the provider.  I don’t expect to be charged for this visit
