Online shows open at 7:30, showed up and not open until 8. No one in waiting room and took until 8:30 to go back. Staff was friendly.

I’ve been dealing with a cough and some ear issues for quite some time, and finally decided to see a clinic instead of trying to wait it out. I definitely made the receptionist’s job a little hard having to call my parents for a card number to pay, but they were extremely patient and friendly. Overall, got what I needed, was a smooth process, and learned a bit of context on what I’m dealing with… which is all I really needed.

Thankful for the care I recieved. I saw my pucp earlier that day who did nothing to address my worsening pain from an injury. I came to this clinic due to being close to work, I recieved an actual exam, xray and anti-inflammatory which resolved my issues. Thankful for the sweet NP that took time to care for a patient.

Had been feeling sick with a sore throat and stomach issues went in wait 10 mins was seen swabbed and came up negative for strep and flu was given antibiotics steroids and zofran, throat is still hurting after full course of antibiotics and steroids stomach better but still having issues. All in all could have been tested for other issues to find out what actually was wrong that way I could have been given medicine that actually helped. Now I have to go back to figure out why I’m still not better.

Very friendly staff with great manners for explaining every step of the process

I have never had an issue at scheduling an appointment when needed. It’s really convenient to have an appointment after 5 PM without missing work. The level of care is top-notch! I have been to this point many times and can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend this facility.

I was able to call and talk with staff before my appointment and everything was very easy and quick once I arrived. Very happy with my experience and the level of care.
