AFC Urgent Care, La Porte

went in on wed morning with the thought of getting some fluids from being dehydrated. Office is not set up for this. Staff was well professional and very attentive.

Had to wait 2 hours for a simple drug test the facility was not busy.

Bedside manner was not good.  Quick and she looked at me like I was crazy when I asked her a question

If the a/c is broken fix it. The fans while comfortable are so loud couldn't hear anything staff was saying on the other side of the glass. Only one person in the office seems to be up to date on certedrive check in process. I had no confidence my drug test was actually associated with my certedrive authorization until I left. Started having pain in the middle of the night and was seen before noon. Front desk was kind, and so were the rest of the staff. Was a quick visit and appreciated how up front it was with self pay!

I woke up with a fever and sore throat and was able to book an appointment for that same afternoon, the online paperwork is easy and was called back within 5 mins

Friendly professional knowledge staff. Provided Excellent service and diagnosis. Special kudos to PA (Ben)Busauo Aregbesola and Danielle Preyer for providing prompt quality care. P.s. office mgr also introduced herself and verified their services met our expectations. P.s. for check-in, the receptionist, ?, was Very helpful and professional. Thank you AFC for hiring and retaining employees such as these. Hope they are being rewarded accordingly.

They could not do anything for me me said i needed a scan needed a ct told me they could prescribe me something for the pain went to CVS to pick up rx and it was CVS Tylenol what a waste of my time and and money

The wait time was really long. When I got in though I was taking care of very quickly and I couldn't ask for an answer staff up front or in the back.

My wife has been to this location several times and has always had a good experience, so when I had ongoing stomach bug issues, I made an appointment.  It was very easy to schedule and fill out the pre-appointment questionnaire online.  They even have an app! All the staff were very friendly and helpful.  The care I received had me feeling better pretty quickly.  The wait time seemed a little long that day, but my wife had experienced shorter wait times so maybe my visit was an exception. I would definitely go back and also recommend this location to anyone needing urgent care.
