The experience overall was very convenient. I scheduled a time slot and waited about 5 minutes as there was no one else in the clinic at the time of my arrival. The bedside manner of the providers were cold and unfriendly. I didn’t feel like they listened to my symptoms especially given that this is the second time that I have been treated for the issue. The office had boxes all over the place and didn’t appear dirty, but messy. The overall experience felt unprofessional. It felt like everyone was in a rush and I can understand the sense of urgency required for this type of care, but I was the only patient there.

Had a stingray encounter that became infected. Appreciated the prompt service. Also, the receptionist kindly helped me fill out the forms on my phone. Everyone was very friendly and kind! Also had a large waiting room although as I went early, there was not a wait.

The nurse was efficient and friendly and the doctor was very thorough- the diagnosis was related to something no meds could be given for so we went home and are taking supplements and boosting the immune system. This doctor was awesome :) had a lovely sense of humor and we had a nice visit thank u

The bathrooms had no toilet paper. It was very warm in the waiting area and unbearably warm in the exam rooms where they have you wait for a long time. They need to turn on AC in that building again uncomfortably warm in the entire building and especially inside of the exam room rooms.
