Professional, and quick  Waiting time was not that bad

Woke with sore rib and got worse as day went on. I needed Xray Very nice walk in. I went the end of the day and was Xray and seen very quickly.

Had an ongoing ear infection for weeks decided to come here to get something for it. Was able to schedule an appointment quick and easy there in the lobby as a new patient. Check in was quick and easy on my phone. The staff were awesome very nice and helpful. Truly took care of my needs and I left more than satisfied.

I went to the facility and I was able to be checked immediately

The gentleman at the front desk was friendly. He was very professional and attentive when he did xrays. That is the only nice thing I can say. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Healthcare facility in my life. Maybe because it was the end of the day? Im still confused if the "doctor" was really a doctor. I will never come back to this place again.

Booking was no problem. Was very clean & office personal very nice. The doctor was not very empathetic about my allergies with antibiotics , offering no other alternatives and would not order a prescription pro biotic which I most definitely needed and have had in past. She told me to purchase an otc one , with all the choices out there for probiotics- I needed guidance on an effective one or ordering prescription one which I had in the past and worked. She was not concerned with my stomach issues , this had led me to google everything and rely on the internet for answers so that I do not get sick from them.  Also , today I am not feeling any better.

Needed to see a doctor today. Everyone is so friendly and checking in was easy.

Check in was fast. Front desk was helpful. The nurse was kind but PA was the best. She was very professional and very knowledgeable. I was in and out. I would recommend this place when you are from out the area and if you live in the area.

Came in for a school physical and it went smoothly and the wait time was minimal. Very happy with the time and care.

I had an excellent experience at this urgent care. The staff was friendly, professional, and caring, and I was seen promptly. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and provide excellent care. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for quality and compassionate medical care.
