AFC Urgent Care, Lenoir

Had amazing experience! Staff were very sweet and professional from front desk, to the MAs and Provider! Definitely recommend this urgent care!!❤️❤️❤️

The women of AFC Lenoir from the front desk to the medical assistant and finally the Doctor Makayla, were phenomenal and caring in everyway, a place for the whole family when needed. Lenoir is lucky to have such excellent urgent care.

The staff there are awesome. It is very clean and they are on it.

From the very front faith, the nurse that did my vitals, and Pam my provider today everybody was amazing. I had a boil come up on me had been there for about a week and Pam was awesome. She numbed it lanced it so it would start draining and put me on antibiotics

Was sick and had missed work that day. Symptoms started the day before and came on hard and fast. Everyone was amazing. Friendly and efficient. Barely any wait time. They were very thorough in figuring out what was wrong with me and ran several tests. Once I was diagnosed, it was clearly explained my options for treatment. I was anxious because I never had Covid. I was reassured and was told l could come back if my symptoms changed. They are open on weekends!!! This is the second time here and I think they are awesome! Highly recommend!

Very easy to book, wait time was short. The staff was extremely nice. Nurse and doctor treated my problem and were very respectful.

I went into urgent care. Didn’t have to wait long. I was very pleased with everyone from the front desk ladies to the doctors that saw me and everyone that helped me that day. I will go back and tell everyone that was the place to go. I was very pleased. Everything was done in a timely manner and everyone made me feel good about coming there

I woke up at 1AM with excruciating pain in my ear. I searched for an urgent care that had the earliest appointment. Scheduling and entering my info online was easy. The lady at the front desk was kind and quickly got me checked in. I barely waited at all before a man called me back and took my vitals - also very kind. The doctor has wonderful bedside manner, was very calm and had a solution for me immediately. My prescription was sent in quickly and today I am doing way better. From beginning to end everyone was so polite, calm, efficient, and quick. I was in and out in no time and every interaction with staff was great. Thank you for all your help!!

The person who helped me was very kind to me, and I wish them the best of luck in learning more.
