Booking the appointment was good and there was a quick wait time. Besides that the office genuinely feels like they don’t want to help you and give attitude. Went to the bathroom for 3 minutes and already replaced me from the room I was using. I had to wait it the waiting room lobby until I was ready to pee in the cup.

Doctor completely disregarded what I had told her I specifically asked for a pregnancy safe medication. She proceeded to prescribe me a medication that was not pregnancy safe. Etc.. overall very rude and condescending will never go to this location again

Woke up with fever and having a sore throat two days ago. Got to office at 8:10 am office was closed but two minutes later the receptionist arrived. My waiting time was too long. It was a person in front of me who was waiting already and only needed a vaccine. I waited to long for a non scheduled visit.

I don’t know why it’s called urgent care, I had a cut on my 2 fingers. I came to urgent care, but it took me 2 and half hour in the waiting time. I was there at the front, but the front girl was talking at the back even she saw me and they know there is a patient in the front. They should come and help. I was standing there and waiting for her. They were helpless they were watching phone. Very disappointed very ridiculous.

The receptionist was very helpful I received the care I seeded.

Waited 10 min to be seen not bad. Staff was very kind and friendly The doctor was very attentive to my needs and listened to me carefully. When leaving the young lady at the front desk gave me someone else's doctor's note. I didn't even notice it until the next morning because I wasn't feeling good. I had to call this morning to get the correct note emailed to me.
