It was my first time visiting AFC , I came in on short notice , I had to leave to pick up a 7 year old from school , the staff was friendly , very helpful, the receptionist helped me register I'm not computer savvy,,, the nurse who took my blood and vitals was very professional, courteous and caring,, the staff worked together to get me out on time to get to the school ,, Thank you AFC

Upset,  I was excited at first there was an urgent care right by Walmart I explained to them my one and a half year-old for the past three days has a very high fever and we just gave him Tylenol a few minutes. It’s gonna get really high a fever., so all the waiting time and the service was a waste of time. They said we can’t send no medicines to your pharmacy .,  And they told us the baby will be fine  And when we left the urgent care a fever was extremely high. We went to another urgent care right away. They send the medicine they found affection , and it got resolved , I’m upset now I can’t come back here because there’s nothing they can do for us, so I don’t think it makes sense to recommend someone if they can’t do anything

Aside from the ease of scheduling, I was extremely disappointed on the wait time. If an appointment time was given, the wait time should be no more than 15 minutes. It's just a courtesy. However, the doctor was kind, informative & I do appreciate his attention to my concernn
