I walked in first thing in the morning got right in for an examination.

NP Kate was great. Staff friendly, easy in and out and got a  dx that made sense

Everything was easy peasy!  Staff was incredible!  Took me in right away.  It was a great visit.

Staff right away was so attentive and kind. I was seen super fast and felt very cared for the entire visit. My issue was also resolved which I can't tell you how important that is to me. This an amazing clinic and if I could give them 100 stars, I would.

I was easily able to navigate the automated greeting and speak to an actual person! She was helpful in answering my questions. The location was convenient for me to drive to. They are open on Sunday! They accept my insurance, and several others! I was seen promptly, and helped by professional and friendly staff. It will be my after-hours go-to as needed.

I waited for at least an hour and a half before being seen, but I was brought back to the room after only 10 minutes or so. Since the wait time was so long I was the last person seen and there was a sense of hurriedness among the staff due to closing time. I am not sure I was helped because the medicine (cream) I was given hasn’t seemed to work at all so I feel that my whole afternoon was wasted. The PA who saw me did not seem to connect with me. I didn’t feel that she had any idea how uncomfortable I was.

This was so easy to schedule and the PA diagnosed me in 10 min.  The entire staff were so friendly and professional.  This was the best medical experience I’ve ever had!  I highly recommend this urgent care!

Unable to get appt to be seen by pcp for 3 weeks, walked into this urgent care not knowing what to expect. Front desk was kind and professional, nurse was great and the best part of it all was the provider that I saw. Amazing bedside manner, made me feel heard and was all around great. If I ever have urgent needs in the future I will be using this location.

It was very easy to setup and I got right in when I arrived, however, I was tested for something that is very contagious, and never heard back from anyone on the results.

Had fevers and terrible wet cough. Clara at the reception desk was fast and friendly. Robin and Vanessa were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Autumn, the NP was quick with the diagnosis and had the right medication prescribed fast. I strongly recommend this facility!
