Wait time was insane for what i got and then they over charged me!

Everything from checking in to leaving was exceptional. There was no judgment, no fuss— only kindness and absolute professionalism.  I’m especially impressed with the knowledge that each member of your team provides.  Grateful for all of your help

Got right in . Very efficient. Erin was great and covered all the bases. They also had great follow up the next day.

I came to get checked for Covid and flu. Tia greeted me and got me registered. She was very personable and fast. Jason took my vitals and asked thorough questions. He was very nice. Winston came next and checked my nose, ears, throat, heart, and breaths. He was friendly and informative. Thank you all for your good care.  I would recommend AFC definitely.

My daughter and I ended up at AFC Urgent Care unexpectedly on Sunday evening, and we had such a great experience. Everyone we interacted with—from the receptionist to the nurse to Winston, the PA—was wonderful. They were kind, attentive, and really went above and beyond to take care of us. I also love that this is a local, woman-owned business. That matters to me, and I’m always happy to support a business that provides this kind of care and service. We were really grateful for how well we were treated and would absolutely come back if we ever needed urgent care again—although hopefully we won’t!

I was seen by a doctor almost immediately because AFC had all of my information from previous visits.  This is unlike most doctors’ appointments where you have to fill out the same forms (you all know what they are) at each visit. They were very thorough, even taking an X-ray to cover all bases.

Went in with a sore throat they checked the reasonable things for it. Unfortunately, just a virus and I’m just gonna have to put up with it. They did a nice job.

Kayla and staff provided excellent care and support and support.

This visit was for my wife. She had symptoms of Covid but unfortunately had left her Medicare card at home. The staff accepted her with her secondary insurance and she was seen right away and given treatment and rx. Staff was friendly, caring and professional.

We are visiting in town and came down with cold-like symptoms enroute. Wanted to make sure of what I had so I could properly treat it.  Made an on-line appointment, was taken to room immediately and the Staff took immediate care of me with diagnosis and meds. Place was clean and staff was friendly.
