I made an appointment for 10:30. In the email it said to be there 15 minutes early. We arrived 20 minutes early. There were people already waiting in the waiting room. Wasn't seen until 10:45/50. Why make an appointment?

Attentive and helpful receptionist Daria! Your check-in system needs work. Kept freezing so she entered all on her laptop. Nursing assistant and CNP very professional. All good. Now - your West Chester location is another story. Went there first - bad first impression as two staff standing around outside. First receptionist (long braids) ignored me. Second one came inside from chatting outside and pointed me to self-help QR code. Started down that and somehow it gave me a wrong middle initial. Could not correct correct that. Then system froze and wouldnt respond to anything. Both receptionists shrugged - no offer to help as BOTH just kept on playing on their personal cell phones! Entire experience was not one I want from any healthcare provider - even a vetenarian. I left and wound up at Malvern - really had my doubts about using it when I saw it was part of same company. Experience though far better.

Had an ear ache and sore throat. Wanted to get it checked. Scheduled online, walked in and seen very quickly. Everything checked out and the NP gave me good suggestions as to what and how I should take my medication. Definitely recommend afc

I had a bad cough for several days. Wenti easily scheduled online  to urgent care, went in sat for approx. 15 min, saw a nurse practitioner who listened, checked my vitals and helped me. I was then out the door in 45 minutes. So fast and easy!

I had a great experience at AFC. I was quickly checked in with clear instructions and pleasantness from Arminder. She was kind and knowledgeable. I was escorted to the room promptly by Kayla who was professional and caring. The provider Wendy came in promptly after my history was taken. She was proficient, kind and thorough. I appreciated the prompt care I received! Thank you to all!

I didn’t have an appointment but was seen very quickly. All people with whom I dealt were kind, knowledgeable and professional. Diagnosis was carefully explained with what to expect going forward.

I do not understand why I have to take pictures of my insurance cards and then have the person at the desk. Ask for them to make copies of them. That makes no sense at all. In general, I have been there twice and the front desk staff leave a lot to be desired.
