Was able to schedule an appointment within 15 min. Drove directly there and was seen within 5 minutes. Sierra gave me great information, a quick diagnosis, and sent the prescription to the pharmacy immediately. Such an efficient process.

Hurt my foot at work and came right in and they were able to get my foot x rayed and get a boot for me. I would go here again.

Went there yesterday, because of a rash on my forehead, thinking it was poison ivy. Turned I had shingles. Amanda was great. She explained everything to me. She also recommended some eye doctors. I followed thru and my eye is fine. The medicine for shingles is working. If your not feeling well, don't hesitate to go there. I am glad I went.

Everything was great! Everyone is always so nice, which is why I come here over my primary - easier to get in and friendly. My only feedback would be if people come regularly, you should just be able to select your insurance if the same to expedite check in further.

I made an appointment for 10:30. In the email it said to be there 15 minutes early. We arrived 20 minutes early. There were people already waiting in the waiting room. Wasn't seen until 10:45/50. Why make an appointment?

Attentive and helpful receptionist Daria! Your check-in system needs work. Kept freezing so she entered all on her laptop. Nursing assistant and CNP very professional. All good. Now - your West Chester location is another story. Went there first - bad first impression as two staff standing around outside. First receptionist (long braids) ignored me. Second one came inside from chatting outside and pointed me to self-help QR code. Started down that and somehow it gave me a wrong middle initial. Could not correct correct that. Then system froze and wouldnt respond to anything. Both receptionists shrugged - no offer to help as BOTH just kept on playing on their personal cell phones! Entire experience was not one I want from any healthcare provider - even a vetenarian. I left and wound up at Malvern - really had my doubts about using it when I saw it was part of same company. Experience though far better.

Had an ear ache and sore throat. Wanted to get it checked. Scheduled online, walked in and seen very quickly. Everything checked out and the NP gave me good suggestions as to what and how I should take my medication. Definitely recommend afc
