I was able to schedule my appointment, online, the night before. I filled out most of the paperwork online, ahead of time, but still had to fill some out upon arrival. I highly recommend you offer option to fill all paperwork out ahead of time to expedite the process. The staff was very friendly, including the front desk, the nurse, and the doctor. The doctor had amazing beside manner and really seemed to care about me and took the time to carefully explain everything. The office was very clean, which is always a concern during cold and flu season. I highly recommend this establishment.
