Greeting, staff was nice but the check-out guy was so rude & inconsiderate. As if I wasn't already feeling bad he barked at me when I simply asked why there was an additional fee. He said I couldnt self-pay if I have insurance. That's ridiculous, I didn't have insurance cards with me. I definitely didn't feel like arguing obviously I was sick & still wouldn't have if I was well. Disappointed leaving because of his poor unfriendly attitude which was unfortunate. Everything else was fine.

Staff was amazing. From Tracy at the desk being wonder woman to all the nurses and doctors in the back, this place is best in Memphis. The only person that wasn’t the best with her bedside manners was the tall white nurse with long blonde hair who takes vitals and such. She acts like she hates her job and people. Everyone else is amazing and I always love coming here! I drove 15 mins out of my way to come here and will continue to!

I waited 2 and a half hours just to get a sore throat looked at. They were an hour behind on appointments. Ended up not being Strep and was told to take over the counter meds.  Even though the staff was friendly, I will NOT be returning.
