While at work last night, my throat began to feel extremely sore. I decided if I didn't feel better after going to bed, I would make an appointment. I scheduled through the Solv app, which is always convenient. I was seen right away when I got to the clinic. I was checked for Flu, Covid, and Strep and was negative for all three. My throat was extremely inflamed and I was cold. The staff made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I really appreciate the attentiveness and care that was given. I definitely recommend.

I wasn’t even able to go to my appointment. I scheduled it for 330 and my thought process is that if I schedule an appointment I scheduled an appointment so they should not put walk-ins in front of my appointment and they put seven walk-ins in front of my appointment and told me it would be an hour before I would be seen so what was the point of me making an appointment? I will never come here again if that is how the check-in process is going to continue to be.
