AFC Urgent Care, Short Hills

Wait was not long at all, nurse practitioner very attentive and caring. Front desk lady very nice and easy. The rest of the staff that were there were good too! I was recommended to a specialist and I will be returning for other concerns when they arise. This is my new urgent care.

I would not have come to AFC Urgent Care Short Hills had I known there was no doctor in the office. The first person sent to my exam room was a nursing student. Unacceptable. I would not recommend this provider.

Booked an appointment online the night before. Efficient check in as well as being treated stat. Brian G., NP is an amazing professional as well as a friendly N.P. who explained everything understandably in minutes. His professional expertise and care is unmatched as his kind and friendly demeanor. The office is clean and well run and little or no wait time.

Staff very pleasant, competent. Facility clean and well stocked. I was taken right at my appointment time.  Brian did an excellent job removing stitches in my finger and giving me at-home care instructions. Highly recommend this urgent care.

Woke up this morning with chest congestion, and postnasal drip. Since I’m flying tomorrow, I chose the closest urgent care to me. This facility was terrific. I was in and out in 30 minutes and got very good care. Turns out it’s just a cold but good to confirm it’s not Covid or flu. I would definitely recommend this facility!

Quick and efficient service. Everyone was very pleasant on site.

After my son was seen this morning, a prescription was supposedly called into our pharmacy. Our pharmacy was closed today because of a holiday so i called AFC and asked them to call in the prescription to a different pharmacy so that my son could start on the antibiotics right away, but no one from AFC bothered to call it in and now AFC is closed for the day. I am very disappointed by this lack of care.

Every time I need to have a medical issue checked out it is so easy to make an appointment. And then when I get to the actual place they’re quick and efficient and are able to solve my problem so quickly. They’re attentive and don’t rush me in and out. I see them take walk ins in the same manor. I like choosing this place for my emergency needs

I’ve been having a lot of allergies problems lately and came in today and booked an appointment with the QR code on the window and immediately filled out the paperwork and in 10 minutes got called, staff was professional and the office well maintained especially the doctors had the time to wait and listen to you. Overall experience 10/10
