Almost two hour wait once in room for no apparent reason.  Recommended tetanus booster but then didn’t administer. Cleaning of the wound completely inadequate—picked out pieces of debris when we got home. Didn’t use requested pharmacy because was wrong about pharmacy hours.

When you are feeling sick and you just want to get better I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care Mooresville.  You walk in to a clean and quiet atmosphere with friendly staff waiting to get you to a healthier You!  Very short wait time, extremely nice staff prepping you for your visit.  Medical staff is friendly, thorough, and very knowledgeable!  I will definitely use them again!!!

Had ear canal blockage, booked an appointment for 9:40, arrived early and checked in. Was told it would be 20-30 min wait, ended up in the waiting room for 55 min. Once I was back, after the initial intake, I was told it would be another 30+ min before I could see a provider. At this point, I would have waited over 90 min just to see someone. This is absurd waiting time and the  woman who did the initial intake was unfriendly and seemed annoyed to be working.

My son has had a rash for a few days the checking in process was very easy and Maya who was at the front was very polite, also both MAs in the back we very sweet to my son and helpful, and Brian the PA was very patient. Best urgent care I’ve been to, will be coming back.
