Won’t ever go to the new Britain location again was seen that’s all no checking of what was wrong they just gave me medication and sent me on my way

I was able to book an appointment easily. The staff were so kind and caring with my granddaughter.

Refusal to accommodate a worker's compensation claim when the employer was retliating and refusing to provide paperwork

Woke up with a sore throat, coughing and body aches. Though I was a walk-in, the wait wasn't bad. There was also an emergency with a walk-in. They immediately provided first aid care. The team was impressive acting immediately to ensure the patient was cared for. I would return again. They treat people with kindness and care.

Was in and out the door in about 1.5 hours, mainly because the wait to be seen took the longest as a walk-in, no big deal since it's expected without an appointment. The provider came in and didn't introduce themselves; I don't know if it was an MD or PA. I spoke with them for no more than 2 minutes. Prescribed a different medication than requested for muscle spasms, and have been having issues with the pharmacy not receiving the 2 prescriptions that were indicated in the discharge paperwork. Ancillary staff were nice, though. Don't think I'd come back here, but it was conveniently close to home, and I needed medical care. I also switched insurance recently, and the treatment/quality of care I received on Medicaid versus private insurance is noticeable, but healthcare is a business, so!

Wait was to long for urgent care I wouldn’t go there again

I got caught cooking at home. I when I was bleeding a lot. I caught my middle finger.  They put some gas and let me weigh and I was still bleeding. They didn’t take care of me like an hour later. Bleeding a lot. There was a needle, a syringe under the bed.

My son woke up with an earache, made an appointment. He was seen right away. Has an ear infection, given antibiotics at our pharmacy.
