AFC Urgent Care, Norwood

The care and efficiency was beyond expectations . The provider and nurse were thorough , polite and attentive . I was at a work conference and suddenly didn’t feel well. I was grateful that I ended up coming to this urgent care . My experience here was phenomenal .

Wait, time ridiculous long. Staff was very friendly. However, the doctor was not. Dr. appeared to be preoccupied and not focused on patients.

Was happy with the whole process.  Nurse, x-ray tech, and the PA were top notch.  They worked well as a team.  Left very satisfied.

I showed up at 8:05am since they open at 8am. The door was open so I let myself in. There was no one at the desk so I just waited in the lobby. The front desk worker showed up around 8:10. The front door was locked at that point so other patients were not able to enter unless I let them in. At 8:20 they let me know that all of their practitioners were running late. I was finally taken back at around 8:35. I came in for a broken finger. Once the PA found out I was pregnant, they were too nervous to do anything, including give me an Xray. I've since been told by my doctor that this should not have happened seeing as the XRay would have just been for my finger. I ended up paying a $40 copay to be seen for about 3 minutes and given a popsicle stick (broken in half) and tape to go home with and wear for 6 weeks, as if that's possible. I asked if I could order a splint from amazon and was rudely told no. I don't know how the popsicle stick was supposed to last 6 weeks. Overall a very negative experience. Will not be returning to this practice.

Great experience from beginning to end. Friendly staff, professional and kind. Very happy with the visit. Would  highly recommend afc urgent care.

They didn’t open on time and then I had to wait because the provider was late. The provider ran a couple of tests but I have no idea how I’m going to get the results, will they be emailed to me? A phone call? I was given no paperwork at the end with a visit summary or discharge instructions. I wouldn’t return here.

I was experiencing severe poison ivy.  I was a walk in not by appointment.  Will definitely go back

Went in for a last minute DOT physical. Very clean facility and very kind and caring staff. From the amazing receptionist to the nurse and the doctor . Very pleasant and stress free. They are a credit to there practice. Wouldn't hesitate in going again, even possibly making them my primary care.
