I had severe hives on my hands that were spreading to other parts of my body as well. After the online sign-in, which was somewhat lengthy, everything was smooth sailing. I was admitted to a room right away and the physician immediately knew what was going on and what to prescribe. I was in and out in about half an hour.

Problem with my left knee. I dislike tremendously the new receptionist procedure. I felt I was working for Immediate Care. I had to do everything myself in the phone. Why you have a receptionist is I have to do it myself. The lady was very kind and offered to help me. Is so impersonal the new way that I have decided to visit wellnow for future visits

Everything about my visit was exceptional.  Very easy to fill out the paperwork & when I did have a small difficulty the girl at the desk was helpful & made it a non issue.  The girl taking my vitals & asking what my symptoms were was quick efficient and professional & the PA (Andrew) was also professional & kind and very informative.  I will definitely use AFC Urgent care as my 1st choice in the future

Went because chest pains and shortness of breath. They should have told me right at check in that they can’t really do much and should go to an ER. Checked in, waited and was told pretty much this when was seen by PA. Given a transfer paper to go to ER.
