AFC Urgent Care, Orlando Airport North

Called prior to coming in asking if they can help with my issue, was told yes. Went waited an hour to be seen while there was only one other person waiting before me, all to be told they didnt know what to do to help basically

Almost 2 hour wait for a 2 min xray. Unbelievable.

I had a great experience at this urgent care facility. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. They took the time to address my concerns and explain the next steps in my care. I truly appreciated their kindness, attention, and excellent customer service. Thank you for making my visit a positive experience!  Lisandra was very kind, professional, and attentive. She provided excellent service and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I spent 45 minutes in the lobby, opposite the reception, and none of the staff members said that the registration that had been done had failed due to an error in their system. 45 minutes with a sick child who wasn’t feeling well. Considering that this isn�’t our first visit. and all the information is available. But when we went into the office, a doctor didn’t come to see us — we were seen by a nurse. So, did I come for an appointment with a nurse? , after a minute‑long examination, she told us to go to the emergency room. That is, 1 hour in the waiting lobby. A minute of the nurse’s examination, and that’s it. Of course, I will send this complaint to other authorities.Also, upload the video and audio recordings. And take a look at how your employee told me, “The system isn’t working, maybe you should go somewhere else.” 45 minutes in the lobby. And saying something like that is completely unprofessional and terribly rude towards the patients.

Odessia Johnson, the APRN & all the front office staff, such as the receptionist, are so wholesome, funny, & caring! I came in for my Valencia law enforcement physical; the process was so smooth!!

Very professional, all staff gets 5 stars. You will not better service anywhere else.

The two ladies were incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful. They made the check-in process smooth, handled my screening paperwork quickly, and answered all my questions with great care. The customer service here is excellent!

Patient care was outstanding, I couldn't have received better service from anywhere else. I felt 100% better than when I walked in. Medical staff was excellent and very caring. Only minor complaint was that my medical insurance wasn't accepted and I had to pay out of pocket. When i got home my insurance carrier said my coverage provided for in network and out of network care and that it should have been accepted as it is a premier carrier. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
