Booking an appointment was easy. Was able to fill paperwork electronically online. Staff were friendly. Didn’t have to wait long to see the doctor. Was seen by NP & she was courteous, knowledgeable & respectful. She explained everything in detail. She handed out printouts with instructions. Her recommendations were on point. I am happy with the results. I will recommend & come here again if a situation arrives.

The initial experience was good but I was shocked by how bad the discharge was. My ekg couldn’t be sent to me properly because the scanner doesn’t work properly. And I was apparently supposed to go to the ER but was never informed of this. Nor does it show on my summary or treatment plan documents.

It was easy to make an appointment and I was seen quickly.  The APRN was very kind.  My only concern is that when I was taken back to the exam room I smelled cigarette smoke - even through my mask. I’m sensitive to that smell and was disappointed to smell that in a medical clinic setting. I also didn’t get a medicine called into the pharmacy that was discussed during my visit.
