Easy and convenient scheduling for urgent care, was seen promptly and quickly by nurse and practitioner, who were both kind, and very efficient service overall

Went as a walk-in. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, helped with checking in and was sent to an examining room right away. Care received was excellent. Definitely would recommend the provider.

Scheduling an appointment on the day of my visit was easy ,and my wait time was under ten minutes.

Really no communication at all from front desk staff.  Also no such thing as appointments and wait times are awful.  Choose somewhere else.

The staff provided what I needed. Very dated facility and underwhelming experience.

Dr. Solis took the time to clarify for me the seriousness of the issue and prescribed medication, as warranted.  In addition, I was very appreciative of his willingness to summarize in writing the findings and the suggestions for the treatment after I left the office. It is very hard nowadays to find such a dedicated physician to his patients, such as Dr. Solis.

This was a very good experience the staff and the doctor were great. They were professional, kind and caring.

MA did not greet or state her name. MA came off as she did not want to be there at all and I was the first patient of the day for a drug screen and titer preemployment testing. I came to the office the day before and was told the office didn’t have anyone to do the drug test due to no access on escreen. That is poor communication. I checked in and waited only to be told there was no one to do the drug test. The office manager needed to be trained or have access to escreen.

The nurse on duty was extremely rude, to the point of being mean. The front desk person only knew how to collect payment and couldn’t answer my questions about what was included. The doctor was nice but did not examine me at all. She did not take my temperature, look in my throat or nose, or listen to my chest.  And it cost $169.00!  It was a terrible experience!

I have been to this clinic before and have never encountered any problems. I had scheduled and appt, which was easy. When I arrived the receptionist is anything but receptive. Checked in online as directed…  Waited 20 minutes after scheduled time and then was told to go back to room 3. Found room 3 and it hadn’t been cleaned after last patient as the table paper was in disarray. The girl eventually came in to take blood pressure, and it hurt! She must have put cuff on wrong and it was searching for a pulse. Got to sit on a dirty table. She did rip off some of the used paper. I don’t think she likes her job.  Then waited an additional 40 minutes for provider to come in. Not sure if RN, PA, NP or DR. The light kept turning off as I was being still and reading. Decided to just sit in the dark. Could be just a bad day. When waiting I overheard employees talking and it sounds like drama. 🤷🏻‍♀️
