I scheduled my appointment via the Solvhealth & AFC website. That was very easy and seamless.  The logistics of this particular facility not recognizing appointments is the purpose for the poor review. When I walked in the attendant at the front desk informed me it was a very long wait. I asked if that applied for walk-ins or for people who made appointments, and the attendant informed me that not only does their office not take appointments at all, but they have never taken appointments. The attendant was not even aware that their website has an easy appointment option. I don’t understand how this is possible. If they only take walk-ins they should completely shut down the option to set appointments. I set the appointment and drove all the way out to the office and had to leave almost immediately because of how long the wait was. Very disappointing experience and one that logistically could be very easily avoided. I would not recommend this facility and would rather steer someone towards a facility that takes and honors appointments like a Vybe.

The front check in part was part was  smooth maybe 15 minutes tops. once i was put into a room i wait 1 hr to be seen by the NP, i only had one other person ahead of me so i have no idea what took her so long, finally i left the room and into the hall she was sitting at the desk saying i was next but she didn’t appear to be busy, i have never had this problem at afc havertown
