AFC Urgent Care, Pennsauken

Disappointed with the care and treatment I received. I initially visited this location due to tinnitus and ear discomfort. I explained to both the practitioner and the medical assistant that I had experienced something similar a few years ago, and at that time, having my ear flushed provided relief. During this visit, however, the practitioner briefly examined my ears and instructed the medical assistant to flush them. There was no examination for possible swelling or tenderness behind my ears, nor did I feel that my concerns were thoroughly evaluated. Unfortunately, rather than improving my symptoms, the procedure left me with increased discomfort, and now both ears are affected. I returned today hoping to receive a second opinion from the doctor on staff. Instead, the front desk representative informed me that the doctor recommended taking ibuprofen and returning on Tuesday if my symptoms persisted or worsened. I was disappointed that I wasn't offered another examination, especially considering that my symptoms had worsened following the initial treatment. I was already hesitant about visiting this location, having previously received better care at Patient First. Unfortunately, this experience only reinforced my concerns. When patients return with worsening symptoms after receiving treatment, I believe they deserve a proper reassessment rather than simply being told to take ibuprofen and come back another day.

I had to leave work at 5am i was down n drained, coughing nasal drip horrible, sneezing hurt chest tightness, not chest pain, dizzy. I had to call out of work from daytime job. I was able to walk in be seen and out the door less than 1 hr. Everyone was really nice. Only thing there was small bits of paper or something on the little table , waiting room should be checked continously, visitors are lazy in putting their trash way. I know I work in the er, so we are constantly picking up. Being sick does not in anyway condone leaving trash behind. Otherwise I will come back. Thank you for taking care of me. 5 stars..

These guys are beyond sweet! They went out of their way to make sure I left feeling better than when I came in! I had called earlier during the day because I wasn’t feeling well and they remembered me when I finally got there after waiting for my friend to take me over after being stuck at work wondering how I was doing and expecting my arrival. (ODONNELL, KRISTEN, NP) was there to treat me and as always was kind as ever and I left feeling looked after with care. Jason who worked up at the front was beyond helpful and kind! Thank you guys! I will be back and I highly recommend these guys to everyone! They go over and beyond to help you feel better and I never ever have to wait long! They run a tight ship! Coming in not feeling well and no waiting time is a plus 💗 thx u again!!

I did my appointment online earlier today .. the staff so professional and nice .. the doctor explained to me all what I need to know, I recommend 10/10

Was able to book an appointment this morning. We were in and out in 45 minutes. Everyone was very friendly

Scheduled same day. Went in & they told me I can only be seen if I pay $166. Which is insane to me because I’ve been there before with just a copay of $50. My mother went to the same place on another day & they told her the exact same thing about a deductible & having to pay the same exact amount. I left & went to another urgent care that actually helped me. So thanks but no thanks!!

It was very nice it's just that all I was told to do about my right foot was to run some cream on it that did not address the swelling.

I went early in the day. Staff was friendly and attentive. Would go back for future urgent care needs

The Service was outstanding online and in-person.  The wait time 10 minutes at most after completing paperwork.  Jason was patient and considerate! The doctor was great too.  However; if were to be there for an Exam I would have second thoughts.  His black jacket/coverup was covered in dog or cat hair.  That is a turn off. Again, the Service was excellent!!

Everyone was so kind and helpful!!! I will use this Urgent care if I need any further assistance! It was the best Urgent Care I ever went to!! Yes , I recommend this provider 100 percent!!!!!
