Very friendly staff.  Scheduling was easy.  Almost no wait time at all.  Highly recommend.

very nice staff and location but they did not help me solve my specific issue. however if i had more neutral matters i would 100% go back the nurse and medical assistant front desk and everyone there was lovely!

The staff was perfessonal, expedited my intake quickly, and I was seen by a patient care tech within 15 minutes of my visit to review my systems. NP was friendly , smiling at first glance and continued to evaluate my condition in a caring manner. What impressed me the most, they text asking about my visit and if I needed an appointment for a follow Consultation, impressive! First time visiting this location and I must likely will return. Would recommend this provider.

My first experience at SOLVHEALTH in Pennsville NJ. Very nice facility and great service.

Unfortunately the check in process was not smooth. The front desk assistant said she could not confirm my insurance since it was Sunday. She advised I can download the app and she can then verify. I spent 20 mins trying to download the app. Once I did, I trusted her to just see that I was active on my phone. At this time, she still told me I would need to pay $166 since my deductible was not made. I informed her that my copay is only $50. She advised my sick son couple not be seen unless I paid. This was frustrating because I wasted time looking up the app when I ended up needing to pay the same amount she told me in the beginning. I have been to the urgent care many of times and never had this issues. It would be nice to advice any patient scheduling on a “Sunday” this would be happening. I also work in healthcare and we would never treat a patient especially a sick child this way. All of the other staff were amazing. Just wish I did not have this issue at check in.

Woke up with a sinus infection and scheduled an appointment online. Check in was easy and waiting room was clean. The nurse and doctor got to me quickly and provided a prescription. Thank you all.

My visit was excellent my care was exceptional and my problem was solved ..

I was able to book my appointment on line for the next morning. Walked in and didn’t have to wait. Everyone was great and Very attentive. I was given strep and covid tests. The results only took about 10-15 minutes. While waiting the nurse practitioner came in and examined me and answered my questions.  She left the room to check the results and came back quickly. A prescription was called in to a local pharmacy. The entire experience only took about 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the experience. I would recommend this urgent care facility.

Went for an appointment on a Saturday. Everything was run so efficiently from sign in through diagnosis.  Everyone was friendly and helpful.  The doctor was attentive and knowledgeable. I am feeling much better and am so happy I made the appointment.

Great service, very clean facility nurse and doctor very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. Didn't feel rushed as I did on a previous visit. I would recommend this provider to Friends, family and co-workers. Thank you for your quick service.
