Provider quickly diagnosed my eye infection and prescribed eye drops, she was professional and came to the room promptly

Very friendly and attentive staff. Check in went smoothly. Wait times reasonable. PA and assistant explained everything regarding my EKG. And what completely impressed me was that they got in touch with me the next day to see how I was doing. I definitely recommend the Roxborough location.

I didn't appreciate how them physicians assistant came in the room and said why are you here? I told her I had a Covid flu and strep test done she again then said, but why are you here? I said because I'm not feeling well and again she said why are you here? I said my throat is bothering me and I have a bit of a cough. I didn't appreciate how she came in the room and said why are you here then the more we talked, she became more personable, but you don't say that to a patient when you walk in the room, why are you here?

It was easy to schedule in advance and I was seen shortly after my arrival. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The medical team was also quick and addressed my concerns. Thank you.

Everything was easy from check -in and wait time . the medical Assistant was nice. And the Doctor was also nice and very helpful!. I would recommend that provider.

The ladies at the front desk were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. When I arrived, I was unsure about the check-in process, and they patiently guided me through everything. I also explained my health concerns, and they clearly communicated the next steps I needed to take before seeing the doctor. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, organized, and compassionate. Since I arrived early, I only had to wait about 10 minutes, which was greatly appreciated. The doctor was also kind, informative, and attentive to the concerns I was experiencing. Overall, I had a very positive and helpful experience. The professionalism and kindness of the staff truly made a difference. I sincerely appreciate the care, patience, and support they provided—it goes a long way in making patients feel comfortable and valued. I also got an answer to what was going on with me and wrong. They where able send a script to my pharmacy and get me the help I needed quickly!

All of the staff was professional and courteous….the wait time was no more than 20 minutes…check-in was very easy using the website….

I had a terrible experience here with a nurse practioner who refused to help me with an injury I was trying to get treatment for. I don't want to go into the details of everything, but do want to make an account of the nurse practitioner's behavior as it was completely unacceptable. I was completely calm and polite throughout the appointment, but the nurse was very dismissive of my symptoms and said she could do nothing for me. After advocating for myself and asking the nurse if we could consider a certain treatment, she became very defensive and short with me. My appointment ended with her just walking out the room and leaving me there, with an injury where I could barely walk without any directions, goodbye or knowing if she'd be back. I did not want to have to write this review, but nobody from the Urgent Care has returned my messages or emails. The team lead even said to email us, gave me a card, and said they will sort me with a refund. It's not good enough that they waved me away like this. I highly recommend finding another Urgent Care to visit.
