The two women at the front desk were very nice. The triage nurse was fine. I was seen by a NP for a puncture wound. Felt like they barely examined, didn't clean the wound, just prescribed an antibiotic and gave me a new bandaid. Thought it was odd they would prescribe me something without asking for my current medications. Was also surprised by no tetanus booster. What bothered me was the overall cleanliness of the facility. The waiting room was messy, trash on the floor. didn't look like it had been cleaned or vacuumed in days. The NP was wearing a jacket that was covered in animal fur and had a strong odor which felt unhygienic especially when treating a new wound. Not trying to be rude but was concerning and just felt like an unclean environment all around. Will not be returning.

I had a sore throat and did a walk in. No appointment. I was seen within 20 minutes. The woman at the front desk was awesome. She took care of everything for me. The woman in training as an assistant was also so sweet and knowledgeable. My caretaker, a woman, was perfect. Answered all my questions and explained things. Glad I went here.

I already left a review on Google from the first text I got, but everything was great. The receptionist was friendly and made sure I could check myself in. I was checked in quickly and was taken back quickly. Everyone was really friendly and compassionate and got me on my way with meds prescribed really fast. I’ll definitely be back next time I need to be seen because I had a great experience.
