My elderly mother in law was having some medical issues. The staff was nice and I appreciated the doctor listening to us discuss the issues that was going on and prescribing antibiotics to start with vs making her wait to find out the results. I would like to take a moment to give a very special thank you to Nurse Practitioner Dusty. She was absolutely amazing with my children. She truly listened to my concerns, took everything I said seriously, and conducted a full and thorough examination. She was able to confirm the concerns I had been raising, especially after we had been seen on Friday and unfortunately felt dismissed. What impressed me most was the way she interacted with my children. She was incredibly patient, gentle, understanding, and caring. My child normally does not allow anyone to touch her, yet she felt comfortable enough with Dusty to allow her to be examined. That says so much about the kind of person and healthcare professional she is. Nurse Practitioner Dusty made us feel heard, respected, and cared for. Her service was exceptional, and her ability to work with children is truly wonderful. Thank you so, so much, Dusty, for listening to me, caring for my children, and taking our concerns seriously. You are absolutely amazing, and we are incredibly grateful for the care you provided today. ❤️
