The staff from checking me in to the medical personnel inside the office were friendly, efficient and reassuring with my concerns. To my relief, I was given a positive diagnosis with simple instructions. I will continue to use this medical group as needed, and I would recommend group to family and friends as well.

Woke up this morning both of my shoulders was hurting me extremely bad when I got there. It said I had three people ahead of me so I decided to wait after waiting for an hour and a half. I decided to leave that’s way too long for urgent care.

Had symptoms of a tract infection, and needed to be seen ASAP. I was in and out of the facility in a matter of 30 minutes, staff was friendly and understanding, space was clean, and the doctor knew just what I needed.

From check in, to triage to treatment. Your crew is AWESOME!!! I was a walk in with ear pain. Nothing dramatic. The doctor was able to flush boulders from both ears, exposing the ear drums and finding an infection. So very grateful. I will definitely recommend this place.

Staff is so incredibly kind! Went in for a knee injury, they saw me very quickly. Everyone was so helpful and considerate. Highly recommend!

I needed 2 blood tests, got them same day, however, while the nurse was drawing my blood, they left the turnaquet on for what felt like 3 minutes. The person drawing my blood remarked my arm was turning purple. And after the first two tubes he was trying to fill the 3rd one and said my blood was flowing really slow, and asked if I drank water that day. The turnaquet was still on my arm and popped off, after which my blood flowed more easily. I didn't think much if it at the time, but was he suppose to remove it after the needle went in?

Had a clogged ear that needed flushing. Was there when they opened and seen promptly after the check-in process. 15 or so minutes later I was on my way, unclogged of course. Allie was cheerful, knowledgeable, and explained the process clearly.
