Might have a better way to get through to setting a schedule it was very hard and difficult for me to even get a return. Call back and I waited two days to business days and then I had to be a walk-in but that process was good when I get that the registration tablet could be worked on when it says optional in a question you should be able to bypass that by going to the next page not only I had difficulties with that, but somebody else did as well unless we answered all the questions correctly, and if it says optional, it should be optional whether to answer it or not, correct so that was very difficult stressful it delayed my time getting in to see the doctor the doctor was good. The doctor was great. The person who got me in Janelle I think was her name. She was awesome. She did she helped me very much during my time of being in pain and I saw how she treated the other people in the office and that was very kind. She was very kind and let’s see the staff seemed to be OK. Oh your other staff members were great as well. I would send somebody to your agency for sure but my care was excellent most excellent. .

Check-in went very well. The staff at front desk very helpful and kind. Love to see smiles on people's faces when you enter an office. The care was wonderful. Felt very comfortable. My provider had a lot of knowledge that made me look forward to my next visit!

The doctor was great, the visit was short, and to the point. The website could be updated for efficiency, and the parking lot is terrible but that’s no fault of the clinic. I was 45 minutes early, and when asking to use the restroom I was told to wait, and the front desk came out with a cup then handed me a crutch with a key on it. The area is rough so I assume there’s unknown issue that have previously occurred but I thought it was very strange. I needed up waiting for my appointment to provide a sample. That combined with the crutch felt slightly weird. With 45 minutes to wait it was easy to provide a sample. Again, the area is rough so I get it but it’s still making me laugh as I re-live the scene right now. The staff was great, and the building conditions were clean.

I went in and thought I was going to wait long it was for a pre employment physical test and drug screen was in and out fast than I had thought they help fill out paperwork that I forgot to fill out then the Dr and assist were great I get nervous and they calmed Me down cause my blood pressure was high it was fast great service and easy thank you all

Scheduling was easy and all the forms were sent to me before check-in so I was set to go. The staff were very friendly and caring. I would recommend this clinic with 5 stars.

Dr. Vondrak is thorough and sympathetic, kinda cool.  Staff is friendly and helpful.

On this particular day , they were very busy , but even at that point , they acknowledged me and let me know that they were behind , they would get to me shortly. And also , the nurse that attends me has always been very pleasant and has a lively personality. And I really appreciate Dr. Vondrak, yeah actually takes us time to listen. I highly recommend them.
