Wonderful staff, and making an appointment was straightforward!! And the provider was understanding!

The check-in process was a simple enough and the person who took our x-rays was wonderful and very pleasant and very knowledgeable the actual doctor himself was absolutely horrible he didn't speak English very well we couldn't understand a word he said we waited for our results for 2 hours before we were finally sent home by the x-ray technician who said they would just call us they ended up calling us 3 hours later to let us know that we needed to go see an orthopedic the orthopedic person that we saw the next day got us in and out of the appointment faster than the urgent Care and did four more for us they had to retake the x-rays of which they were able to read instantly and give us a diagnosis. I'm will not be returning to this facility

I had to be seen twice there yesterday for different reasons and The receptionist was so wonderful and caring.

Staff was friendly and very efficient. I arrived early and was seen promptly.

Not feeling well and having the staff be so understanding and friendly made this first time visit a pleasant one.

Both scheduling a d check-in was done over my iPhone. Process along with providing insurance information was surprisingly efficient. The staff were friendly but professional. My  nurse, Honesty and my provider, Zach treated me extremely well. I would go back to this Urgent Care Facility and highly recommend it to anyone looking for Urgent Care in a clean, quality facility.  Thank you

Everyone was very pleasant. Wait time was great, I did make an appointment beforehand. It was clean but really cold inside. I would recommend it.

Excellent facility. From the time you check in to the doctor. My doctor was absolutely amazing. She took her time. She explained she was just excellent.

Online scheduling make it really easy! Staff were extremely kind and considerate. Both the medical assistant and nurse practitioner were absolutely amazing. The only downside was the wait time between going in the room and waiting for the nurse to come in, but honestly, I would definitely go here again every time.
