I couldn’t have asked for anything better on a Saturday! No medical care available anywhere except an ER or an urgent care. The doctor was fabulous. He made a quick and accurate diagnosis. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Front desk was welcoming, and the parking was easy.

When the first person came to draw my blood it was clear she wasn’t confident in her ability to do so before even poking me was stating my veins were rolling. She then stuck me with the same needle twice as I have two clear marks from the needle and I could see where she went in both times. I’m a nurse so to see her uneasiness and how she went about the blood draw was not satisfactory. If she wasn’t confident I wish she would’ve grabbed someone else before attempting.   I paid a lot of money to get this lab drawn for a school requirement so it was frustrating to have it handled this way. The second person who came in was an X-ray tech and she did a better job and was able to get the labs. Better bedside manner as well.

Front desk was great as was nurse but the doctors are cold, aloof and don’t even talk to you.  I am still not 100% sure what is going on with me medically.  Doctor took 2 minutes and didn’t explain anything.
